You can upload common document and image files, including PDF, PNG, JPG, and TIFF. This covers everything from scanned invoices and receipts to digital bank statements and reports.

Our AI is highly accurate for most typed documents. However, like any AI, accuracy can be affected by the quality of the source document (e.g., blurry images, very complex layouts, or messy handwriting). For best results, use clear, high-quality scans or digital documents. If the AI makes a mistake, you can always manually correct the data directly in your Excel cell—no re-processing needed!

No! This is our biggest advantage. Our AI is smart enough to understand the structure of most documents without pre-defined templates. You simply upload your file, select the table you want the data in, and click Extract.

The AI can recognize and extract high-quality, clearly written block handwriting. However, its accuracy with cursive or messy handwriting can be limited. We recommend using it primarily for typed or printed text for the most reliable results.

Your data security is our top priority. We've built our system to ensure your documents are protected and private. Here's how:

We temporarily store your uploaded files (like PDFs and images) for 30 days so you can easily access and re-process them within the add-in. After 30 days, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

It's simple:
- For a PDF file, one page equals one page. A 10-page PDF uses 10 pages from your quota.
- For an image file (like a PNG or JPG), one image equals one page.

You are in complete control of your spending.
- For Paid Plans: You can enable or disable overage usage at any time in your account settings, giving you the choice between uninterrupted service and strict budget control.
    • When Overages are ON: You can continue processing documents without interruption. Any pages used beyond your plan's included amount will be charged at your plan's specified low per-page rate.
    • When Overages are OFF: Processing will stop once you hit your limit, preventing any additional charges. You can then choose to wait for your quota to reset or upgrade your plan to continue immediately.
- For the Free Plan: Processing stops when you reach your 50-page limit. Your quota will renew the next month, or you can upgrade to a paid plan to keep working.

Yes, absolutely. You have the flexibility to adjust your plan at any time through your account portal. Here's how it works:
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. We'll apply a prorated credit for the unused time on your old plan towards the new one, so you get instant access to more pages and features.
- Downgrades & Cancellations: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan or cancel your subscription, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue to use all the benefits of your current plan until that date.
